All Levels Welcome! We practice in front of the kayak racks which are off to the right of the bathhouse.  It's nice to have a blanket/sheet for underneath your yoga mat.  Dress in layers for the cooler weather.   You will be encouraged to adjust your practice to harmonize your body & mind with the natural world surrounding you...a self-care and resilience practice for life on or off the mat.
